Shipping + Returns

UK Mainland Delivery
​

Free delivery on all mainland United Kingdom bureau orders. Shipping for small items, spare parts or anything other than bureaus will be quoted before you place your order.

All deliveries must be signed for.

Orders usually arrive 2 working days after dispatch, Monday-Friday. All bureaus are shipped on a pallet due to their size and weight. After your order has been processed you will be contacted with all the relevant tracking details.

UK Non-Mainland Delivery

​

For orders for delivery to non-United Kingdom mainland destinations, there will be an additional charge. This is based on your postcode, and we will inform you of this at the time of order. Shipping times will be longer for these orders.

Overseas Orders
​

We are not currently shipping orders outside of the UK, but we have plans to do so soon. If you would be interested in having an order shipped outside the UK, please contact us directly using the form on our contact page.

Returns
​

All sales are final, and no item should be returned to us without first contacting us. Returns will only be accepted for faulty or damaged goods. Upon contacting us a returns number will be issued which will help us to process your return. Please have your order reference with you when you contact us.

If you are returning a product to us please include a copy of your purchase invoice and include your returns number. We suggest that all returns are made using a secure delivery method, preferably one which is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

Items returned without damage or a will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and, if you require, for the item to be returned to you.

All items returned to us must be sent carriage paid.

​

We accept no responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged whilst in transit to us.

​

Returns are usually processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Items received damaged or faulty

​

If you receive items in a damaged or faulty condition please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return these to us within 7 days. They must be returned with their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories. You will need to contact us for a returns number which should clearly be written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your parcel. Items should be returned using a secure method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Items returned to us without a returns number may result in a delay in resolving the problem.
